February 1st - Wednesday Rela Night: Youth Leader Scavenger Hunt

It’s like you’re walking in a real life version of Where’s Waldo. We’ll give you a paper with the mugs of the youth leaders you’ve come to know & love and it will be your team’s task to find them roaming about our local shopping complex. Good luck though, because they probably won’t look the same ☺. When you arrive to the church, we’ll give instructions, break you into teams, and jump into vans and vehicles to travel to the mall (which will be shared on the day of) where your quest to find all the leaders will begin! Bring $ for dinner if you get hungry. 


February 10th - Friday Salsa Making Party

Join us as we prepare the delicious tomato-based delicacy that is the perfect partner for tortilla chips, tacos, and burritos that will be eaten at our Mexico 2012 fundraising lunch this Sunday.


February 12th - Sunday Fiesta Lunch

Meet & pick-up @ the 412 in the Family Life Center

Join us as we prepare the amazing food for our Mexico 2012 fundraising lunch. We will deck the Family Life Center Gym out in a lovely Mexico style and then we will prepare tacos, burritos, and pastries for hundreds of people from our church and community to raise support for our building project during Spring Break at Niños de Baja (an orphanage we support in El Porvenir, Mexico). The Fiesta Lunch will go from 12:15pm-2:15pm. 


February 17th - 20th COLLIDE WINTER CAMP (Friday - Monday, President's Day Weekend)

Location: Frazier Woods Conference Center, Frazier Park, CA Cost: $185

That’s right folks; we’re going to Winter Camp…with high school groups from three other churches from Collide! We’ll be gathering together to learn from God’s Word, to worship Him, and to have a blast in the snow! Registration is due on February 1st so sign up now, especially because there is a limited amount of spots available for this particular trip.

March 2nd - 3rd – Fast for Mexico

Over these two days, we’ll be doing a 30-hour fast where we concentrate our energy and time on connecting with God as we lift up the ministry of Niños de Baja to Him. We will be doing various activities to make this a solid time of connecting to one another as a fasting group. Join us to experience the joy of coming to God in this way. A flier that will come out in February will explain this event in more detail. 


March 6th - Tuesday Collide: High School
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This week’s High School Impact midweek program will be held on a Tuesday Night with high school youth from four different Christian churches in the Conejo Valley. It’s where all our different youth groups collide to allow fun, praise, and a message make an impact on our lives. This Collide event will take place from 6:30 pm - 8:30pm at our own church! 


March 14th - Impact Rela Night: Ice Cream Social

Bring your friends (visitors eat free) to connect with us over a whopping bowl of ice cream and fun conversation. It’s really that simple ☺.


March 16th - 21st – (Friday - Wednesday) Mexico 2012 Mission Trip

Want a trip that will take you to the next level in your faith? This is it. Join us as we serve Christ in El Porvenir, Mexico at Niños de Baja. A Mexico 2012 Registration Brochure will be out by February, where you can get more information on this trip.

Bring your family and join us for our morning services celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (there’s even a Sunrise Service for you early birds). 


April 13th – Friday Thrift Store Prom

Oh yeah! Get your friends together and come dressed in the most bizarre clothing combinations you can find. We’re going to dance the night away in our hilarious outfits. May 2nd - Impact Rela Night: Movie Night

This week we’ll be watching a movie (TBA) together. While we haven’t determined which movie yet, we do know that there will be popcorn, candy, and soda available for your consumption. Bring your friends for this low-key, hangout night. 


May 8th - Collide: High School

May 18th –  MS & HS Girls Night / MS & HS Boys Night
7:00 - 11:00 pm (time may vary according to group)
Meet & pick-up @ the 412 in the Family Life Center.

Tonight, we will divide into four different groups: the middle school girls, high school girls, middle school boys, and high school boys groups. Each group’s youth leaders will come up with a plan for your age group on what your group will be doing this night, so the cost and times may vary according to each group. Feel free to throw your youth leaders any good ideas you might have as to what you’d like your group to do!


June 6th – Impact Rela Night: Finals Dinner

With school ending this week, you’ve got a lot going on, so we’re trying to make tonight’s Impact as helpful as possible for your study plans. It’s as basic as this: Show up, order some food off our menu, and eat dinner with us. If you need a place to veg, we’ve got it. If your study group needs a place to study, we’ve got just the rooms for you. If you want to throw a dodge ball to burn off some energy, we’ll have that going on as well! 


June 10th – Promotion Sunday Breakfast
