Ken LaMont, Lead Pastor Ken has a heart for helping families live by God's principles. A man of action, he leads teams from our church as they build dorms and other buildings for one of our Mexico missions. Ken is an adjunct professor at Hope International University where he teaches youth and family ministry classes. An ordained pastor, Ken has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. His favorite Christian authors are Tim Hansel, Rob Bell and Andy Stanley. Ken and his wife, Brenda, have four daughters. |

Doug Baird, Worship Pastor One of the desires of Doug's heart is to develop, in the believer, a "whatever you do in word or deed, do all to the glory of God" lifestyle. He believes that worship is the language we use to speak to God. In addition to overseeing our corporate worship, Doug leads a number of our small group studies. An ordained pastor, Doug has a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis on worship from Fuller Theological Seminary. Two of his favorite Christian authors are Lesslie Newbigin and Henri Nouwen. Doug and his wife, Connie, have one daughter. |

Jim Buckley, Teaching Pastor Jim is passionate about building God's church and His people. He encourages us to walk closely with God so that we can have an intimate relationship with Him. When Jim visits our missions in Cambodia and Austria, he enjoys teaching classes for pastors. An ordained pastor, Jim has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. His favorite Christian authors are Robert E. Coleman, Craig Groeschel, Ken Blanchard and Louis L'amour.. Jim and his wife, Glenda, have five children and eleven grandchildren. |

Shawn Pritchett, Youth Pastor Shawn loves to help young people live their lives passionately for Christ. He encourages them to be an example of Christ's life and love - to each other and to our church. He enjoys going on short-term mission trips, and has been to Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Cambodia. An ordained pastor, Shawn has a Bachelor's degree in Church Ministry, with an emphasis on Youth Ministry, from Hope International University. His favorite Christian authors are Rob Bell, Shane Claiborne, Donald Miller and Andy Stanley. Shawn and his wife, Sarah, have two daughters. |
